Coffee, Dentist, School
Four recordings combined into one memo with four actions.
Say it once. Know what to do next.
A private iPhone app for turning quick voice captures and follow-up thoughts into cleaned notes, action cards, confirmable times, and a searchable local library.
Open Doneward from the app, Apple Watch, Shortcuts, Spotlight, Siri, the Action Button, Lock Screen controls, or the Share Sheet. The first job is simple: start recording before the thought disappears, then continue the same memo when a related follow-up shows up.
Open the app and tap the large record button when you want the full review flow in front of you.
Why it exists
Doneward is for the quick things you say before they slip away: an errand while walking, a follow-up between calls, or a calendar block you know you'll forget to make. It is not meant to become another archive of recordings. It is meant to turn a spoken thought into something useful while the thought is still fresh.
Doneward keeps the recording on your iPhone, turns speech into text when your device supports it, cleans up the note, and highlights the next steps worth keeping. If you add more later, it stays with the same memo.
Capture a new thought, or append a related follow-up to the same memo.
The polished note, summary, transcript, and actions stay together.
Approve inferred times, then send tasks to Reminders or Calendar.
Doneward shows the cleaned note, transcript, original phrase, suggested times, and destinations together before it creates anything. You choose what becomes a reminder, a calendar block, or just a saved note.
Grab coffee at 2 PM, schedule the dentist at 10 AM, buy groceries at 4 PM, and go to school early at 8:30 AM.
"Grab coffee at two."
"Dentist appointment at 10 o'clock."
Grab coffee at two. Going grocery shopping at four. Dentist appointment at 10 o'clock. Go to school early at 8:30.
Doneward keeps memos, transcripts, summaries, and actions in a local library on your iPhone. Smart features use Apple Intelligence when available, and core tools like recording, playback, export, and delete remain available even when smart summaries are not.
Memos, transcripts, summaries, tags, and actions stay searchable on device.
Doneward is built without user accounts or team workspaces.
Smart summaries and actions depend on device support and user settings.
Playback, export, and delete remain core parts of the library experience.
Doneward checks what your iPhone supports before relying on smart features. If summaries or action suggestions are unavailable, you can still record, play back, export, and delete memos, with clear guidance in the app.
Full mode: capture, transcript, summary, actions, routing, export.
Limited mode: record, playback, transcript when available, export, delete.
Testing path
Doneward will open a small TestFlight group before the App Store release shortly after. Early testers should expect an in-development iPhone app, not a finished launch build.
